Do Diamondback HD covers ever go on sale?

Chomping at the bit here. Google shows me tons of BF sales and the like for numerous brands - just can't find any evidence Diamondback ever discounts.

They do have an outlet store where they sell seconds at a discount. I got mine from there, supposedly missing a non-critical weld. I cent find anything wrong with it, works great, built like a tank...and I got something like $500 off.

They don't do sales, just military discount. I've kept an eye on them for the last 5 years and have never seen one.
