Anyone installed ecoflow alternator charger or run thick wire through cab? I ran the cable from battery to driver side firewall and down the side of the door however the cable is too thick for me to hide it under the bottom plastic pieces. I have a JT, any other ideas how to run this cable to the bottom of driver seat or to under back seat? I'd like to the cable hidden as much as possible.

I did the same route for my ARB Fridge power cables, it was the recommended routing.

I ran mine from the battery, then down along the frame, then up through a rubber plug in the backseat floor. Siliconed and gorilla taped the hole i cut in the rubber plug.

I went from battery, down the back passenger-side corner of the engine bay, along the top of the frame for about a foot, up through the rubber plug under the front passenger seat, then under the passenger-side trim to the back seat. No problem with space under the trim with 6 AWG wrapped in flex loom. I did loosen some white plastic piece under the visible trim, and ran the wire under that. Very well protected there.

(for a house battery behind the driver-side back seat, and Renogy DC/DC behind the sub)

Got any pics of your install? I’m currently planning for a similar setup in my passenger rear seat. Thanks much.

Just Purchased the Bluetti Charger 1, which looks like a much simpler install. Just had "P" Cancer surgery so it will be a month or two before I proceed with an install. So I will follow along here.!

Ran 2 garage down the frame on the passenger side and then drilled hole in upper area near sub and used bulkhead fitting to go inside.

I end up just leaving it inside going down the driver side door. There's a slight bump on the plastic piece but not noticeable enough so I left it as is.

Did Bluetti Charger 1 instead, but similar large cables and ran them down the top of the passenger frame rail and into the front of the Bed

When doing your wiring, did you guys connect the negative cable directly to your negative battery terminal, or did you wire it to ground?

and at what minimum voltage did you set it to begin charging?

I connected the negative cable to the ground terminal on the passenger side of the engine bay. I have the voltage set to 13 to start charging.
