My Employer, no Jeep, gave me a Control number for a 1% discount below invoice pricing. My dealer says there dealership discount is better. His price is about $6700 under invoice. I haven't confirmed his invoice price but his MSRP on the window sticker is about $3600 higher so seem legit. Should I be pushing for this 1% below invoice to be added before his dealer discount? Doesn't Jeep reimburse them for that so no loose to them? EDIT: Its a pretty well loaded manual Punked Rubicon

I'd shoot for 5-7% under invoice. You could do better than 1% with pure negotiation, especially since these things aren't moving too quick.

Look at the build sheets thread and get the invoice prices so you are a well informed buyer.

If I've entered everything right the Invoice price they quoted me is about $2500 higher than what I get from the excel build sheet. They may be padding things a bit. But still I'm seeing about 8% below invoice I think.

Not all dealers participate in the affiliate discount program but they are few and far between. That being said, if they do participate in the affiliate pricing program, that should be stacked on top of whatever dealer below invoice pricing they are offering. If you have a affiliate pricing control number and they are not wanting it, then something is fucky or they do not actually participate in the program as the dealer can invoice FCA and recoup the affiliate pricing discount.
