That's going down a frame twister. There is a root sticking out of the hillside on the right bank going down.

Yup

That's the trail. I will say, you would never catch me in the gully to spot someone. I would have been on the bank. I like to hide behind trees or have the ability to jump out of the way. You never know when a 4x4 will just lunge 5-20'
But other than that, Very Cool Video.

I probably should get a go Pro on my jeep, but I swear most of the video would be of the clouds because I do stupid stuff.

@Elff Mammoth Trail next?
I feel like you should go as far as possible and leave a mark on the trail where you had to pull off.

My poor jeep would break in 2 on that trail.
I need 40s and some beefier axles to attack that.

You ride shotgun, we'll take mine.
That way at least one of us can drive home.

Oh.... I know that root. Before I went down. We watched a couple of buggies go down and just tear that root up. We took 8 Power Wagons down through there.

I have a GoPro 3 and a Garmin VIRB. I need a new GoPro. Batteries don't last for crap in them.

For 3.73 gears and no lockers, i was very impressed with @TheOpa
He was a champ listening to spotting instructions as well.
Everything is easier with a great coach! Would not have wanted to do a few of those sections without you spotting me @Elff . Of course, I wouldn’t have gotten into to some of those messes without following you…??

Apparently I bent both of the upper sway bar brackets at RC last weekend. I found out today when the dealer failed me for state inspection. As a temp fix I used a pry bar to bend them back in place and large heavy flat washers to reinforce where the bracket split.

Here’s a good one!
Awwwww Yeah! I didn't realize you filmed that.

The upper sway bar mounts are a common weak point on the Gladiator, but I am surprised they failed you on that. In fact, I am surprised they even looked at that.
There are a bunch of options to reinforce those.

He was an ass about the lift kit. Totally blamed the lift several times. Not sure if it’s a UConnect failure or not, but when I dropped it off after work yesterday the UConnect app showed that I had 8,051 miles on the Jeep. I used the app to look it up because they asked at the service counter.
Today when I picked it up the Jeep and the app both showed 8,365 miles and the average mpg was about a lot lower. I argued with the service manager about it but he swore the Jeep never left their lot. Not sure I can do anything about that.

I’m thinking of grinding off the flimsy brackets and welding a piece of flat steel bar there. I’ll search on here and google to see what else is out there.
