I’ve only heard of them for trailer tires.
They are sister companies and have a complete line of tires. Passenger, off road, and trailer. Nexen is big in the drifting scene as well. Don’t overlook them for off roading.

After bending the bloody hell out of a Chinesium Barricade from Extreme Terrain and then getting a Fishbone that was absolutely no better built, my LOD Black Ops bumper has been great.

Survived rocks, logs, parking lots, no problems, and it puts the winch down lower. Love it.

Never see them getting love here or the FB Groups,

That's sexy. You're right, I don't see a lot of LOD being talked about either

I ran Nexen on my Ford Transit. Pretty good commercial tire for those. Wasn’t aware they made off-road stuff.

I don't know about other people, but I like finding little known companies that make insanely good products that nobody else seems to know about. I almost always skip the first page of google results to find the companies that don't pay to be at the top.
I was into Rusty's Offroad early and had all their stuff on my XJ. Now, I'm looking for a bed rack so I'd like to find something that isn't plastered over every billboard everywhere. It's getting harder to find the small time fabricators with all of the Chinese knock-offs sprouting up everyday so I'm hoping to get help from you guys.

What are your favorite companies that nobody knows about? (and not just for bed racks, I'm looking for any product)
PPE Offroad. Custom stuff and very nice quality!

I'm starting to wonder if I maybe spend too much time shopping for parts 😬, because most of these companies mentioned I've known about for years.

Body Armor 4x4 - well known in the Toyota community
Nexen and Hercules tires - popular with the drifting crowd because they are cheap to replace
JCR Offroad - usually always mentioned when someone asks about molle panels or bed racks
LOD - came highly recommended when shopping for bumpers

I think VooDoo might be the only one mentioned in this thread I haven't heard of.
