What did you do run out of plywood

he's all about the aluminum, but that may be another good use for the plywood........

he wants two 6-8" wide ramps that fold down off the back or front of his atv so he can pull a deer up to the atv....since he can't weld, I think he'll be happier with whatever he builds out of wood.....the ply version.

So you exceeded the payload of the JTR by 500lbs about (assuming 1200lbs max payload less 200lb driver)?

Im looking up on various forums what the effects of going over posted payloads are, aside from handling. So far it seems bearings, brakes, and steering give out much sooner with exceeded payloads. Some folks even had broken axles. Others claimed hauling 1-ton pallets multiple times in their half-ton and doing fine. It will be interesting to see a few years from now how the JT holds up for folks doing such haulings

Surprisingly stable too! It was rather gusty that day, thought it would be even worse than it normally is driving a Rubicon in the wind!
