I don’t think it’s a hater type thing. It’s more due to the fact they have been riddled with issues, an appalling order/delivery process and dealership that are inept.

I'll agree the order process was bad in the beginning but they haven't had anymore issues than the Gladiator has had. People just like to put blinders on when they develop a hate for something. If you don't like them then you don't like them but they aren't any worse or better mechanical than a JT or JL.I don’t think it’s a hater type thing. Bad in the beginning? Technically I still have an active bronco reservation, and if i stick with the build i wanted (base sasquatch 2dr manual) i can expect to get it in 2026 or 2027.I'll agree the order process was bad in the beginning
I'm just saying if your not ordering a badlands or outer banks with all the bells a whistles then you have have one in less than 3 months. A lot of dealers fell out of favor when they were trying to push the price of them through the roof and now the orders they place are being placed behind other dealers who didn't do that. Good call on Fords side. 2 dealerships in my area can have you a Base Sasquatch in less than 3 months. I got this info from the man himself at RTR racing. He's the one that referred me to those dealerships and told me which ones to avoid in my area. That's what I'm saying about the ordering process.Bad in the beginning? The order process is still a shambles. That being said I don't hate the bronco, but I do have a bone to pick with Ford for announcing an allocation formula, then abandoning it when their largest dealers threw tantrums so they're completely shafting about 2-3% of reservation holders.
Ford - "When dealers compete, buyers win!"
Also Ford - "Wait, don't compete that much!"
Eh, you have some rose colored glasses on for the bronco. No hate from me but, blown engines, bad soft top, bad hard top, weak tie rods, weak steering rack, poor front camera placement, cheap interior materials...it's been riddled with issues and complaints.I'll agree the order process was bad in the beginning but they haven't had anymore issues than the Gladiator has had. Now if you want to talk about ride quality it ain't even close. The Bronco's got the JT and JL bear hands down, plus more cargo space and leg space front and rear.
I'll be honest ... this scared me away from the Bronco. Prior to my JTR I had an '09 F150 with the 5.4L 3V engine in it. The engine lasted 80k miles despite religious oil changes and maintenance. The heaviest use that truck saw was pulling a two-horse trailer (well, well within the towing capacity). The passenger side head basically destroyed itself due to poor design - the design basically leaves the head oil-starved causing cam failure, the cam is set in the head with no bearing so it's also a head failure - at that point there is about a $300 difference between parts and labor to replace the head vs replacing with a full reman. - which I ended up having to do.blown engines
The JT has had it's share of issues. Bronco and JT have broken parts on trails. There is a post on here right now about a Mojave snapping a tie rod mount. Just sayin the quality is about equal on both. I found the rear and front leg room to be better in the Bronco compared to the JLU we had for a weekend and the comfort was better in the Bronco. I haven't driven a 4xe so I can't say if it drives better or not, I'm particularly speaking about a Sahara vs base Sasquatch package Bronco. I'll give you the no rear vents but I had no one complaining in the rear that they were hot. It seems to cool the cab just fine in the Bronco.Eh, you have some rose colored glasses on for the bronco. The rear seats on the bronco are tiny compared to the wrangler and even more so the jt. They ate the rear space to give more front seat space and no air vents back there.
We looked at one before we got the wife's 4xe, but the interior felt cheap with typical Ford cost cutting, the rear seats were smaller for the kids and the lack of air vents had my daughter complaining she was hot on the test drive. The steering was better on the bronco for sure, the actual ride quality though was about even with the 4xe she ended up with.
You can get lockers and 4.7 gears on the Sasquatch package with 35's and bead locks. Steel fenders, steel front bumper with brush guard and switches added for $49,000 and even less if you have employee pricing your able to get. Ours was going to be $46,270 out the door in Feb of last year, around $47,600 now if we order one with the above options. You can't do that in a wrangler or JT. Who needs the other options but Hilbish just recently sold a Badlands for $56,000 that they had ordered and it was loaded with leather seats and the safety package. I'm just sayin there are dealerships who can get what you want believe that or not.Why would I want to order a brand new vehicle with half the options not available and if I couldn’t get lockers from the factory I can have an after market company installed but then I void warranty, it seems like your a big bronco lover jeeperjaime but please stop. You’ve got like 4 useless post in here.
I reserved a Badlands in 12/2020. I got a notice that I could order it in roughly Nov 2022, but without the options that i originally intended.Oh wow, really glad I didnt go bronco. I'd still be waiting, and then some.
Don't even bother trying to convince the fanboys. We're on a Jeep site, so its not surprising. You can get lockers and 4.7 gears on the Sasquatch package with 35's and bead locks. I feel ya, yeah I'm not saying I like a Bronco better than a JT or Wrangler but you can't deny it's a pretty good value for what you get. They look pretty sweet as well. But I know people will be people. I'll have me a Bronco soon to park beside the JT, best of both worldsDon't even bother trying to convince the fanboys. We're on a Jeep site, so its not surprising.
The fact that you could get Sas package on a base Bronco was what drove Jeep to offer the XR package on Wranglers. So competition is always good.
I love my Gladiator, but in the future may consider a base, 2 door, MT bronco. It will live in the garage for summer use only with a bimini and the doors off.
but can you get a 2door?You can get lockers and 4.7 gears on the Sasquatch package with 35's and bead locks. Watch that video. Truck was nowhere NEAR stock. This look like "Jeep's fault" to you? There is a post on here right now about a Mojave snapping a tie rod mount.
