Cold air is more dense than warm air creating more wind resistance. The Winter-blend fuel also works against mileage.Getting 2-3 mpg less now that it got cold. Was getting 18 in town, now 16. A little less on the highway. BTW, mainly flat land in town. Any idea why in cold weather?
