Update: I spoke to the dealer yesterday. I was informed that without the Gladiator throwing a code, they can’t do much except open a Star case for the future.
I was also told that they can’t replicate the UConnect flashing. You know, the problem a lot of us are having.
they stated the truck should be finished Monday. They have someone coming it to replace the seal and it should be delivered by then. I asked them why they didn’t have it already, as I was assured all parts were in before I dropped it off. No answer.
I then asked what the issue was with my suspension making the creaking noise. They then told me they forgot to look at that in the last 11 days. So they’ll look at that next week. At this point, I have zero confidence.

I spoke to @JeepCares today. They said they were told by the dealer my truck is ready, and that they (the dealer) would reach out to me. They said UConnect isn’t flickering on CarPlay, even though I’ve experienced it constantly as well as other members here have. The rough shifting is apparently part of the 8 speed, but there was a computer update for the transmission they did. It makes no noise on start up, though when I start it it sounds like a screech. Oh, and the suspension doesn’t squeak and they can’t replicate the noise, you know, the noise I hear when I contact any bumpy service. My FCA Case Manager is very nice, and he was obviously not happy to be passing along this information to me. I was told, as an example, that some of the Demons have a odd noise and some don’t, but as long as the vehicle works properly out of the ordinary noises are acceptable.

Just an update. I took the Gladiator to a local dealer today for pictures and a look over. We found that the seal on the rear passenger door window is rolling out and the foam is exposed, so less than 3 weeks old and a seal is failing. The dealer said they’d never seen that particular issue. The other issues were documented. Also, along the bottom of the driver door edge (who ever looks there) an area was found that was silver and rough. The silver area was raised above the paint, so it’s not damage from opening and closing onto something. Seriously FCA, any quality control? I love this truck, and that’s why it’s so frustrating.

my driver side rear door sticks out a bit as well. Did you all ever get this fixed or figure out the fix?
