I just called my dealer to confirm and he said that EP is indeed live for the gladiator. He also said that friends and family wouldn't be as good of a deal as "tread lightly". But then again, they won't even offer at invoice willingly

That's probably true. Friends and family is only up to 1% below invoice. Plus there's a $75 administrative fee.

So can this be used in addition to existing deals that dealers are offering? Meaning if a dealer is offering 5% below invoice, can an additional 1% be tacked on for a total of 6% below invoice? I work for an affiliate company (at least as listed on the website it appears that way).

Hi everyone,
We just received word that the Jeep Gladiator is now eligible for the following programs/discounts at participating dealers:
  • Employee Pricing
  • Friends and Family
  • CDI
  • Affiliate Rewards
  • Dealership Rewards
  • Auto Mobility
We do hope this provides some clarification. We recommend speaking with your dealer regarding any additional questions you may have!

That should be the case. @Travis@TriCityJeep , can you verify?

So if someone wants to chime in, can we as a group get the answers to how to get these different pricings and what they are?

  • Employee Pricing
  • Friends and Family
  • CDI
  • Affiliate Rewards
  • Dealership Rewards
  • Auto Mobility

What do all of these mean for the consumer? EP and Friends/Family seem straightforward.

Employee Advantage, you have to be an actual FCA employee. For Affiliate Rewards, an employee working for one of FCA's suppliers.

What is the $75 administration fee? Is this an FCA thing or like a maximum dealer fee or something?

The easiest way, for me anyway was to do the following:

Go to the Tread Lightly website:

https://www.treadlightly.org/

Join their organization at the $100 level or higher. They will send you a membership packet and in that packet will be a letter explaining how to do it.
You have to wait 30 days after you join to be able to go on the site and get a control number which will allow you to get a 1% below invoice pricing with dealers who participate in the program OR get an additional 1% off with dealers who are already discounting below that rate like Travis at Tri City in NC.
