Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Checking in again.

Ordered 10/7. VIN 10/9. Crickets since. Dealer has run out of ways to apologize, but it isnt their fault. I'm supposed to have someone from FCA reach out to me via e-mail with an update soon supposedly. Guess I really wont see the truck this year. Here's hoping for good sales events in the new year.

This still working? Mine is coming up with nothing no sheet or sticker but per FCA and the dealer it finished production and is awaiting transport.

You can manually query the FCA databases for the build sheet at https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin= and add your VIN after the = sign. And the window sticker at https://www.jeep.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin= and add your VIN after the = sign.

I get nothing . Ordered on 11/27. I know it has only been (almost) 3 weeks...

As others before me have said: "This part sucks (the waiting)"...

dealer says "its strange but it does happen"
Jeep Cares doesnt seem to really care.
Going to give it another week then I'll call my credit card company and ask to a credit on my card from my deposit.
Ordered an Army Green Taco TRD OFF Road 4x4 manual 3 weeks ago.. that maybe will arrive by February...

That‘s a very good question!
I checked this morning for my window sticker, and even tonight, shows not found.
But at 9:12a got an email from my salesman saying it’s in transit and here’s the window sticker!
Your salesman definitely has the best info.

Man, I’m following your saga, it is very hard to understand!

As others before me have said: "This part sucks (the waiting)"...

Do it at least once a day, you will get so used to nothing happening you will be SHOCKED when the build sheet appears and soon after the window sticker.

A side note, the viewable window sticker does not have your name on it, the physical window sticker upper right will have "This vehicle was built especially for" your name.

so I can see the build sheet but not the window sticker. my dealer says its "shipped to body vendor". I ordered on 11/27 so I know its not been too long but can anyone decipher this and shower me with great news?
