Ordered 6/10, learned today that I’m in D1 and I see an estimated ship date of 7/10. There’s no way that’s possible - right? I’m new to this - any idea what the ship date really means?

From some other orders a month or so sounds about right. For a regular order depending on options.

11-12 days for me. They told me it can be up to 30 though.

Almost 150 of us have builds with no sticker, no stickers in days now and by looking at order dates at least 35 of us are Launch Edition. I've been in JS status at least 10 days now. Today concierge said something about JSS and waiting on inspections before shipping. Mine was build after hail storm so shouldn't be that (unless built with damaged parts). I'll bet the only inspector went on vacation. Must be the reason. New thread LOL... my inspector is on vacation.
