Hi Eric,I'm beyond frustrated.... Ordered 12 weeks ago. I'm now on my 5th different time in to D1 status (with D status in between each D1).
Jeep chat has told me 3 different times that my 'case has been upgraded' and I've heard NOTHING from anyone since the first time my case was escalated 3 weeks ago.
