Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

I spoke to jeep cares and they said it is normal, but can't tell me why. Build sheets are moving through on SG's so it must be because of one of our options. I wish FCA was more transparent with these orders.

My guess is that some JT farther up the line was missing something so they came and took it out of our piles? lol. I have no idea. I have a pretty long list of "stuff" so it could be anything. I am painted top and fenders, front cam, aux switches, forced bed liner and an assortment of other stuff. No steel bumper for me. Seems odd that it would be 'normal' to move backwards... you either have the parts or you dont! ha. I'm trying to focus on extra time for down payments!

If my salesman told me my Gladiator was being built on July 25th, when should I see the build sheet in the tracker? Also Window Sticker?

Not absolute but general rule of thumb is the build sheet gets generated when it actually starts being built and inputted into the production line. Window sticker is after build has completed main production assembly. You can have a 1-2 day gap between getting your build sheet and your window sticker.

I tried the Jeep Concierge, Chat and customer Service line this morning this is what I got...

Chat said Good News your in KZ status please check with your dealer for additional information on ETA... I said Ive been in KZT for 52 days now.. and like me my Dealer cant get any information !!!! So Barbara said yes thats way to long to be in KZT status let me file a claim report for someone to contact you from Jeep...

Tried the Concierge right after... Brenda said Good News your in KZT(SHIPPING) and you would have to call your dealer for any information .. after explaining again she said Im sorry KZ status can take up to 30days... Can you check how long Ive been in the status please....lol Brenda said Oh my!! you've been in it for 47days!!! I really don't see any information to help you!!!! Me DO you have a help line or something!!! No we don't but you might want to try Customer Care!!!


Tried Jeep CC and they aint got any information either!!! Other then you do live in Hawaiʻi so give it little more time to ship!!! It may take a little long to get out to Hawaiʻi... ok but we do get Auto shipments every WEDNESDAY and please keep in mind that there has been 1 RED & 3 WHITE GLADIATORS SPORTS, already here on the lots!!!! OMG is mines on the slow boat going around China first....lol
