Have you checked that status again recently? Mine had an estimated ship date of today, then they changed my status backwards to D again.

D1 as of yesterday. Hoping to move to framing tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Mine still has a ship date in the system, but it moved backwards to D

For anybody using the Tracker and getting NOT FOUND, I called Jeep Cares and it is getting processed. I'm currently D1. Order was placed 6/6.

The concensus in the JL forums seems to be that Special Scheduling Condition VII is for sold customer orders (over dealer orders). Was on my sheet as well

I am new to this game, I have the spec sheet from the dealership and it says the order is in "D - firm schedule:serial number is assigned" is there somewhere I can tell how steps occur until shipment? They said now that I have claimed the order they can call and hopefully expedite the process but who knows.

Go to Jeep chat. They will ask for vin# name and address blah blah. Ask them for the status of your build. They will tell you the letter code.

ordered 5/31 picked up 7/24 from dealer

Talked to jeep chat Tues, they said its in ready to ship status, no ETA or idea of when it would ship. Dealer got it Wensday morning...aka jeep chat is worthless

I got accurate status info from Jeep chat every time I contacted them. Nothiing they told me conflicted with information I got from my dealer. After the vehicle ships, your dealer should be able to track it at every step along the way. My dealer told me mine is in Oakwood, MI., this morning and still expected to arrive in Albuquerque Aug. 5...then to Cortez, CO. I've put down Aug. 9 as the tentative date to pick it up.
