Talked to jeep chat Tues, they said its in ready to ship status, no ETA or idea of when it would ship. Dealer got it Wensday morning...aka jeep chat is worthless

Jeep Chat accurately informed me of my change to D well before i got an email from Jeep on that.

Well in the last two weeks:

7/12 - 7/13: Moved from D1 to G
7/15: I status
7/19: Window sticker showed up
7/22: Dealer told me it is in shipping status
7/25: Showed up at dealership

Ordered 5/11 and was in D status for about 40 days. Seems like they are really pumping them out now!

Too bad I can't pick it up until next weekend

Got tired of waiting for my StinGray build. Transferred order at Criswell for a White S with tan interior, auto, premium top, Sirius, tow, and convenience package on their lot. They still (somewhat begrudgingly) gave me the 5% off invoice deal. Driving it to the beach today! Good luck to all on your orders/purchases. (Coincidentally, Jeep moved me out of D1 status on the day I bought the new one.)

I have my VIN; but as to nickname thoug i'm sure the chat people have lots of nicknames for me i could only guess what to put there; i'm not even sure what to put for order date as i ordered on a saturday but it probably wasn't submitted until the monday following; as for email address i just put what i use for jeep correspondence & chat verification.

But i keep getting error message after submitting. I'm in D1, build hasn't actually started--am i doing this too early?

Put in your VIN, choose any nickname you like it's just so you can find it again, when I placed the order I got a printout with the VON (vehicle order number) and on it was the order date. Dealer can provide this, so can chat I would think. Email is where you want updates in states to be sent

So I just tracked mine and it's saying I ordered mine on 9/19/2019. How's that possible or is that an estimated date as to when mine will start getting built?
