I trust this needs to be viewed on an actual computer? I’m sure others have asked....but with 119 pages in the thread, doesn’t seem worth looking further than the half dozen or so I went through.
No, it can be done right from your cell phone. The tracker is pinned at the top of page 1

My GCLE finally got to the dealer and we are picking it up this morning. It took some time but am looking forward to driving it home

Yeah, that tracker shows me absolutely zero information that I didn’t get from the dealer the day after I submitted my order. There is no physical way to actually view more than the first four columns on any of the 3 devices I’ve tried (IPAD mini, IPad and iPhone X). I switch my device to horizontal mode and the same left columns get covered by advertisements. If anything, it’s a frustrating tease that makes Jeep Chat seem extra super helpful.

Track your JT Gladiator Wrangler by window sticker and build sheet lookup! Credit goes to sister-site JLWF moderator Yakpimp for this great tool.

How to use: Click “TRACK NEW” below and enter your info. Once your window sticker or build sheet becomes available, you'll receive an email with a link to view it! The other options are all pretty self-explanatory so feel free to play around and see all the cool info and stats!

am I able to edit my tracking info? want to add my order date.

Is this normal? I haven't seen anyone else say they've gotten one from FCA separately.

When I try these, it says there is no information on my VIN, but when I chat they are able to give me updates. Weird.
What category on chat are you selecting, and what kind of updates are you getting from the chat?

I went to https://fcacommunity.force.com/Jeep/s/article/How-do-I-contact-Jeep2 and clicked Live Chat, then Chat on the next page. I didn't have my VIN at first, but they were able to look it up based on my address and dealer name. The second time, I had my VIN, which made it easier. They were able to give me the VIN and the build status (ordered on 8/30, D1 as of 9/20, and F as of 9/28).

Since I posted this comment, I have been able to retrieve my Build Sheet. No Window Sticker yet.

Couple comments and questions since I've received my build sheet. I noticed a few things looking through the full list that had me wondering...
  • JL/5403 Vehicle Family - Interesting to see "JL" on a JT. Any ideas?
  • Customer PReferred Package 2TR - What is this? I found 24R is an auto Rubicon, but what is 2TR?
  • GPS Antenna Input - I spec'd the 7" UConnect without navigation. Is this to say that we can add an antenna and possibly have GPS on the 7" units?
  • 115V Auxiliary Power Outlet - I didn't spec the Trail Rail package that this comes with. Is there another one or did something get goofed?
  • 400W Inverter - Again, I thought this was only for the cargo 115V plug, of which I didn't spec but shows in the build sheet
  • Molded-In-Color Fender Flares - I opted for black flares, not body color.
  • JT Fender Decal TBD - ...? Are they putting "JT" on the fenders in the future?
  • Selectable Tire Fill Alert - Woo!
  • Full Metal Doors w/Roll-up Windows - Is this just something that is automatically listed in these sheets? Rubicons only come with power windows. Maybe this is to say that the windows aren't fixed?
  • Tip Start - What is this?
  • "Redical" Instrument Panel Bezels - Thought this a funny name for the red dash pieces
  • Coat Hooks - I didn't think the JTs came with these?
  • Spray-In Bedliner - A lot of builds and online configurations made this mandatory for Sting Gray. I did not opt to spec this and I did NOT get it. Good!

The 115V Power outlet can be found in the cab; the 400w inverter is the one that powers both the cab (inverter comes standard on Rubicon) and the bed outlet (where the outlet is the option). The molded-in-color Feders are the black fenders, the other option is Molded Body color Fender (or something like that).

Good info, thanks! I’d take the power outlet if it came with it mistakenly, but I prefer the black fenders. Good to hear!

I also received the same email for my Gladiator. I checked on the status of my build one night on Jeep Chat, and was informed that my vehicle was complete. I was asked if they could send me an email, and that’s what I got.

So was seeing nothing found on the tracker, and I did what someone suggested to Chat with FCA, I did and they said "Thank you very much, I am showing that at this time all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process very soon. " Not exactly sure what that mean but I assume things are moving along.

I was in that status for about a week and then all of the sudden the jeep was in I status. I hope your build and shipping go quickly. I am on day 49...but who is counting. :)
