Ordered 10/17 and it went to production on Monday the 4th, got the sticker on the 9th, was told it was loaded on truck late Sunday night - arrived at dealer lot earlier today.
Hope to have it this week - he said he was trying to get it "run through their shop" but I ordered undercoating and such so likely it won't be for a day or two.
Gladiator.webp
Awesome - Congrats!

Actually, the Overland has a lower tow rating of 6000 lb (with auto). The Rubicon has more weight, but an even higher GVWR than the Overland to make up for it. Not to mention better gearing for towing in the diffs and slightly wider/beefier axles. If you want a manual transmission (like mine) you can't get max tow on a Sport S, so your max tow/payload option is the Rubicon.
Awesome!!!!
I feel I made the right choice now more than ever.
Can’t wait to show off at Thanksgiving with fam and friends. C’mon Toledo. Keep em comin!

I was told mine was being built on last Monday. Mid-week I had the build sheet. Saturday I had the sticker. Today I'm told it's on a truck as of late last night. Wish there was a way to confirm that.......... I suppose/hope, the dealer knows this for a fact.
I must be the outlier here because if this happens like it may, and it ends up here this week and I get it by Saturday, it will have been less than a full month and I keep seeing 6 to 8 weeks.
I don't know where all the codes come from or where people get them but I guess if it's on a truck it doesn't matter? But I'd like to know where the truck is because this horrible WIND and snow and ice WILL delay that poor driver for sure. I don't envy him/her.
I can pull the vehicle tracking if you post or PM me your vin or von

Actually the only model with highest towing is the Sport S with optional Max Towing package. 7600 lbs. All others are maxed at 7000 lbs. Rubicon can’t go higher because of front suspension components for trail and also Max towing uses Wide Dana axles vs Dana 44.
That's why I said I maybe should have gone Rubicon - because it beats Overland by a thousand pounds - Overland is 6,000 while Rubicon is 7,000 and Sport S with max tow i

We just had our first snowfall. About a foot here. The Jeep would have been fun to test in it but.....
Soon, very soon.
I know about the Sport S - and max tow - but sorry, the Overland is the LOWEST at 6,000 pounds. The Rubicon has it beat by a thousand. That's due in part to the axles and axle ratio. The overland doesn't have 4.10s as an option.
I said I should have gone Rubicon because it has a 7,000 limit while my Overland - any Overland, has a 6,000 limit. The Rubicon has it beat. Only the Sport S with max tow beats them all at 7650.

Getting really close now!!!
Build status “Body Vendor (JB)” 11/13/19
Maybe because of bed liner? Not sure if that’s farmed out or done in plant.
Warranty Built hour is 4pm 11/13/19

Maybe it's me but the "Found" list seems to jump around a lot. It is showing ordered "10/5/19" today but I know orders that were later like @ShadowsPapa was later in the month.

Hell mine is showing a "?" for my date ordered.

And while I'm complaining/commenting why doesn't the "next" and "previous" buttons seem to work?

Not sure if I'm understanding all you are saying. However, I know the ordered date is what we enter when we original sign up. When or if you check open orders, you have to hit that bar to make it active, then the next & back buttons will work. Then you just scroll the pages looking for your screen name. Don't know if this helps or not.

What "bar" are you talking about to make it active? I'm missing something here because I don't see a bar to make it active.

At the top it has HOME in blue, OPEN ORDERS also in blue, and the others I don't remember the colors. Just hit the OPEN ORDERS one.
If you are on a cell phone, it doesnt work because the page is cut off. You need to be on a computer.

I had to enter the "date ordered" myself when a nice forum member took my von and found the vin for me and I entered the vin.
So I entered date ordered, vin and my forum name and it made sense since it would have no way to know date ordered since there wasn't any information on it yet until the build sheet was found.
I don't know how it works and I do see some funny things now and then, but it worked for the most part - and the sales guy's face - when I showed him the built sheet info and the window sticker! I think he was like "how in the hell did you get that - we just got this today". Oh that was fun.

I’m not sure how it works but I still can’t see my build sheet and my order is at JB status (Body Vendor) having the bed liner sprayed on. Next step is on transport truck and take it to dealer. I might see the build sheet and sticker after I pick it up and drive it home LOL

Yeah and that one will say "built specifically for..." and have your name on it. Mine did - that was cool.
The truck driver sure won't have to worry about being over his 11 hours getting it to you.

Build sheet showed up when I checked this morning. It would be awesome if mine were loaded on a carrier and went to dealer today to take delivery tonight or tomorrow. I spoke with my salesman yesterday and he told me they see Gladiators here and there but not as many as their suburban dealership. I’m in a rural area and the horse ranchers and farmers here like their full size trucks. 1st mod is at dealership..... WeatherTech floor mats. 2nd very important mod, AMP research Power Step XL Running Boards. That first step is a doozy! Especially after lifting it. I’M READY!!!

Dealer noticed these codes:
STATION: JB R 11-14-19 and
PAPER FLAG: P8
Whatever those mean.
I'm guessing "Station JB R" means "Released from Body Vendor" (Bed Liner is done?)

OK so dealer tells me even when they get it in they have to have it “prepped”.
What exactly do they do to “prep” the vehicle?
As far as I know everything is assembled as it left the plant so there’s nothing to add on.
I did not get any options that they would have to assemble or install.
(Scratching head)

Remove protective plastics, set the tire pressure back to where it belongs, there are likely things that aren't installed but are inside the vehicle - at least that's how it used to be. They used to have to connect some electrical things disconnected for safety in shipping - can't say if they do that any longer. Check all fluids, other things........... It's also likely dirty from shipping -they detailed mine because of that.
Some items that could be lost or damaged are put in place by the dealer. Slush mats, perhaps.......
