Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Forum member DTDHI has volunteered on the gator thread to check status updates, and the sheet he provides is very informative. It had the custody logs for the vehicle, locations and dates.

I agree that level of information has not been easy to come by through the Chrysler Chat, dealer phone calls, etc. There is still no control over the process in knowing, but I feel like knowing makes the wait easier...

I am hoping for a quick KZ turn around. I went from JB to KZ in a day. unfortunately jeep chat says that they get no more information until is is delivered to the dealer....i.e. no estimated delivery date....

I couldn't find TNPJ (sorry buddy!), but if anyone else is looking I did find this sheet. It has Cassens (who I've seen listed on some other orders), as well as MTUP (who is tagged on mine). If you've gotten a carrier code and are curious, this sheet seems to have about 45 or so Auto Carriers and their codes - just do a Find on the document (or filter by SmartWay Ranking Category for Auto Carriers).

Of course, I'm not suggesting you find the company contact info and start bugging them for updates on your Gladiator...that might be a bit obsessive. To each their own

I checked the Cassens site, looks like my dealership in Connecticut hasn’t used them since 2018. Wonder what Carrier code TNPJ might be. Maybe DTDHI might? Anyone else have that carrier code?

Anyone know of a way to check on an order status with no VIN?

Ordered Base Sport, 6 speed Gator on 10/22, went to follow up on 11/12 and got told by the dealership Jeep doesn't accept orders during inventory so the order wasn't placed until a couple of weeks after order was placed. Wouldn't give the exact day the order was placed. Followed up a week later 11/19 and was told C status as I was wanting to cancel knowing they didn't place my order due to either forgetting or just sitting on it until the next sales cycle. Went last night 12/3 and was told they can't give me any information.

Just wondering if I can bypass them to get information given I have no VIN or order date. I have a grand retainer that unfortunately has me at their mercy.

try jeep chat customer service ....If you give your name, address, email and phone number they should be able to track down the order....it sounds like your dealer is giving you a load of bull$hit. I have seen several poster who ordered at the same time as you with no issue. I ordered on 11/8 and mine is out for delivery already....

try jeep chat customer service ....If you give your name, address, email and phone number they should be able to track down the order....it sounds like your dealer is giving you a load of bull$hit. Thanks for the info guys. The Jeep Chat was very helpful.

Was able to get my order date of 11/11 and my VON number. Something the trash dealership wasn't willing to provide. Unfortunately I'm still stuck in C status. Whomp Whomp. Although curious if the customer care agent changed the date from 11/12 to 11/11 to cover for the dealership. Cause still steaming that there was a 3 week lapse from the time I walked into the dealership to the time the order was actually placed.

Yeah not sure whats going on or what the hold up could be.

Jeep Gladiator Sport (Base), 6 speed manual, Soft top w tint, spray on bed liner, regular tow package, Trac Lock, and side steps.

Although I think the side steps maybe a dealer installed option because it doesn't seem to be an option on the jeep website.

They are definitely taking their time with this one so hopefully it comes out perfect!!! It's weird but am actually excited about going back to manual lock doors and windows.

I actually wonder if dealers are ranked by sales or complaints, etc.....and different dealerships get better treatment. THe order times seem to be all over the place.

I just got out of C status after 17 days. I'm in D now. Dealer told me there was a slight delay with the 8.4" screens. He also said he's actually had a few that never had status updates. They would go from D to being totally complete without any updates.

That's exactly what happened to my JT. It went from D status to delivered to dealer with no updates. Craziness!
