Well, at least I tried. Just like @DunnMan I tried Jeep chat this morning. Since I'm in Canada I can't get any update on my build. I wonder if @JeepCares could help since sales rep has been giving me the run-around for any information I've asked.

Yeah the fact we are in Canada should be irrelevant. If we have a VIN they should be able to let us know the status of the build at least till the point of shipping.

Just an update:
Ordered: 3/06/20
Shipped: 6/01/20
NJ DisCen : 6/10/20
Delivery: 6/??/20

Called my dealer again. Basically as nice as I could asked,
"Whats the deal with the truck being held up in NJ Distribution Center?"

My dealer was like,
"Idk, I can't even blame Covid because the trucks essentially 'stuck in transit' it should have been here by now. I'm going to 'HOT TAG' the truck (whatever that means, I feel like its a made up word to make me feel important lol) and have it expedited a bit"

So. I leave on my road trip to NC on Thursday night. If I don't hear from them by June 24, I'm going to have to just leave with out it I'll have to get it once I return back to NY.

Yup, fully built actually. Once it completes upfitter (JB status) and is ready to be released to the shipping carrier is when the the sticker generates. Check with Jeep Chat tomorrow am when they reopen, you’ll be in one of the KZ statuses.

That's great, thanks for the info. I tried the chat today and realized it was closed so I figured I'd ask here. It's time to order some parts then haha.

So they can’t make the Mojave I ordered on 3/10 but they are making them for dealerships? I just don’t understand how they are prioritizing orders. This is almost the exact same one as we ordered but a different color. I’m about to make a trip to OH to buy this one.

Entering day 17 of my JT being "lost" in transit somewhere between the factory and my WI dealer.

Hoping I am able to get a little more help/information now that I have reached out and have a few others involved...and that is thanks to this forum...not because of those individuals that a person/customer would think would have, and share, the detailed information about their order!
