I do not remember that happening, I get mine right away when I click on it when it is blue

My build sheet did that. Try changing the URL so your VIN is in caps.

But that’s weird that you would get the email and the link doesn’t work.

Mine showed up when it still said "Not Found" on page 1.
But clicking it and it popped.
But when I entered it into the Jeep WS lookup it did not show up.

It did however show up under the Chrysler one. Whatever

Actually, we Canadians can't use the jeep.com, we have to go thru the dealer, but I have access to headquarters here in Canada, so dealing directly with product planning and other personnel. It doesn't give me anymore privileges than any other person tho.
