Perhaps you are right, but my dealer said the opposite and when you look at the fine print on the incentives on Jeep website right now it says “Must take delivery by 9/30/21.”

My dealer told me the same as Phistry810’s
the price on my order was the worst and wouldn’t go higher, but based on incentives at time of delivery the price could go lower. ??‍

Manufacture Incentives are always when you officially take delivery. Now, if you can sign the paperwork before the delivery, the dealer can fudge a few days. Especially at the end of the month.

Just to give some perspective on the randomness of all of this… I ordered a Willys edition on 7/26 that arrived to the dealer on 8/30. Another guy ordered a Willys at the same dealer with the exact same options, color and all, on 7/28 and it’s still not built yet. Strange.

i.e My dealer did 7% below invoice but that includes no incentives. He said this is the worst case scenario, and whatever incentives are available will come off that number when we sign the paperwork and you take delivery.

9/3 - Still scheduling parts

I have not been waiting long at all, but it feels like it Lol

I'm the same. Ordered 8/23, VIN 8/24 and to date awaiting parts for 12 days. With the try back later next week.

you are right, no incentives at signing , below invoice. Not as much as you I think. Mine is an all cash deal. So he knows if there are incentives for using their finance, I will finance it to get that, and then pay it off.

Dealer told me the incentives are locked in on the date of the order unless they go higher. So I would at least get the ones available on the day of the order.

Ive heard people do this both ways over the years.

Be still my heart? My 1st ordered vehicle arrived at the dealer today (yes, they're closed) - on the exact date I was given in the email. Just over 9 weeks, with 2 1 week shutdowns. Mopar trailer brake controller and Weathertech mudflaps will be installed before delivery. Ordered 7/2

Dealer informed me 09/20 is the estimated delivery

If dealer has an estimated ship date and Jeep chat says I’m scheduled with all parts received why haven’t I gotten a build sheet? Is it that delayed sometimes?
