@trizzle mine must have showed up last night even after chat said it was still on the shipping lot. Both the owner and salesman emailed me just a bit ago. I'm still not in possession as that might take a while also since they have over 200 on the lot awaiting to be processed. I sure hope you get good news coming your way. This has been and still is very frustrating process that Stellantis needs to put focus on and address all the issues with the ordering, building and shipping process. I would think that they could have a better process for information in place for all of this.
Dude! I'm so happy for you! Hopefully mine has at least left and is in route. Your good news is at least giving me hope! Can't wait to see pictures and updates from you once you have yours!!

I was told 10-12 weeks at purchase January 30th, then hopes got up with a notification of a March 24th delivery which went right on by with no Gladiator.

I really don't mind waiting but my expectations have been raised a couple times and then my poor experience with the Jeep brand and not knowing this dealer started to make me nervous... Did it get pulled for QC, did it get damaged so it's in a local body shop? Past experience says it could be these but other experiences tell me there are good dealers out there too. If it's a companywide issue that's one thing but to see others get their rigs, assuming optioned like mine, then I think too much...

So it looks like 14-18 weeks now. Maybe okay since the Mopar 2" lift won't be here until June and the RSI cap won't be here until July/August.

Thanks you all, at least I'm not alone in this waiting game.

I reached out to @JeepCares and got a response. The response is they don't know and wait a couple weeks before asking again, the systems are down.

I think the customer service people are doing the best they can but apparently the tracking system has been down 2-3 weeks with no known update/repair date. But if you think about it, why would Jeep care? Every desirable car that gets delivered to a dealership is sold within days and likely will sell for more than a possibly lower pre-negotiated price which represented a certain sale that for some dealerships was in addition to their normal orders (right?).

I'll be happy to get my Jeep but extremely unhappy if I have problems right away - but there is another thread for that...

Does anyone here know about this system (pic below) where you enter your phone number, get a text and respond ALLOW and get text update every time there's a change in the status of your build order?
I put in the phone number and never got a test.
So today, I tried it again and it said my number had already been put in.
Still no text telling me to respond with ALLOW to let it send me updates.

I got an email from Jeep.
The goofy thing is that it welcomed my wife (she wanted the fun of having it ordered in her name) to the Jeep family and she's bought Jeeps since, well, it's been decades........... whatever.
Anyway, the email was a big thank you thing, glad you are part of the Jeep family now, telling about Jeep wave and their programs and then that button to click, then that pops up a web page to type in your phone number, etc.
The sales guy said they just started doing that as most dealers weren't keeping their customer apprised on the progress of their order so Jeep decided to do it for them. The first time around the dealer called or emailed me every time he got a status update, apparently many don't. So Jeep started this program.
I put in my number - nothing. I never got the text to confirm that I wanted to receive messages on the status.
