I don't have to hold my breath now!
Dealer called me at 8:15 this AM and said "your new Gladiator was loaded on a truck last night and is headed our way - estimated delivery by the 11th".
And that's what the Jeep tracking site says - estimated delivery of the 11th.
He said they have a Wrangler on the same truck that a co-worker of his ordered months ago.
Scott said that Jeeps built in Toledo are trucked to their location, no trains. He said RAM trucks, that's another story - they are still waiting on one to get a train ride - it's been sitting a couple of months now.
But Jeeps they get by truck. So there's no lay-over in KC offloading from train onto truck like their RAM trucks suffer.

Anyway, shipped, he told me the exact date and time it was loaded up and that they have other vehicles on the same truck headed to them. Last time it took 2 days from when it was loaded on a truck (loaded Sunday night, arrived here early Tuesday AM)

Mine STILL shows in production, which we know isn't correct. I'm convinced ours were riding the assembly line not far apart, and probably getting bedliner, etc sprayed about the same time. So hoping they just haven't updated mine and it's on the way as well. Mine does have to travel a bit further to get to Texas.

The tracking web site seems to be a cat - active for a couple of hours a day, sleeping most of the time.
Dealer said mine shipped yesterday, the 7th. Site still shows TBD.
The site says estimated deliver date of July 11th
Dealer said the "estimated delivery date" on the notice HE got from Jeep said "July 6th through 11th" and his comment was great - "I'm still trying to figure out how they told me it was shipped and could be delivered the day before it shipped". Had a good laugh out of that one.

Shipped July 7th, estimated delivery date July 6th-11th.

I ordered mine through Kent at Petersen Jeep. He's been good at keeping me updated through occasional emails. It seems like they've got a well oiled machine there.

I ordered from Kent as well. He has been great, told me mine would be in Utah around the 10th.

He told me it's *typically* 7-10 days after it arrives in Utah to come in via truck. I'll keep updating so the others ordering from Peterson will know what to expect.

Love it - dealer called me on Friday AM to say he got notice my truck was loaded onto a truck on Thursday the 7th and had an estimated delivery date of July 6th-11th.
Yeah, loaded on a truck the 7th, delivery dates 6th-11th.

Today the order tracking site says it was delivered on July 7th - damn, that was a FAST TRUCK. The dealer didn't even know it had been there!
This site is a joke. Shipped is still TBD, it was delivered on the same day it was loaded on a truck.
According to Jeep, they can arrive before they are shipped.

Jeeps are capable of TIME TRAVEL!

You didn’t have to wait long at all! That’s awesome! It’s been 4 months for me. I think @Geoarch is in the same boat as me. Estimated delivery date is now 7/22. Order put in on 3/6. I’m in Arizona so that might have something to do with it. Who knows anymore.

Glad to see this. Mines been built since 6/28 and going to Gupton and still just showing built. Gives me hope. Ordered 4/6

Mine has been waiting on a truck to Gupton as well. My estimated delivery keeps moving. First Jul-9 to Jul-12 then TBD and now has shown Jul-26 for the last several days.

Id rather not even have the tracking than to have the inconsistencies they have. Especially because some do land on time. Definitely not helping my mental state. Lol. With prime credit I’m going to have a 8% interest rate by the time it arrives with uncle Powel‘s monthly interest rate hikes.

I hear ya about the interest rates rising. When I originally placed my order I had planned on financing through Gupton for that extra % off invoice, but with interest rates rising I ended up applying through my credit union in mid June who locked in my rate for 90 days. Just hoping to take delivery before that pre approval expires.

Talked to dealer this AM - told him what the web site says "shipped TBD" and "delivered July 7th" and he says he's still not seen it nor seen any signs of it arriving today but the day's not over.
If it doesn't arrive today, then both the site are wrong and the message he got direct from Jeep will be wrong because they stated delivery between July 6th-11th and it shipped the 7th.
So the date he said he was told it shipped is the date the web site says it was delivered.

Yes, scrap that stupid site. It's never correct about anything, and it waffles back and forth and in the end, no matter how many different dates they put in, it's still wrong.
It's one of the worst tracking sites I've ever seen.
They don't even know when something has shipped and yet there is paperwork for the shipper (Jeep) and the driver (truck driver gets a signed paper, usually contents of the load are revealed but not always, but the date something was shipped and who the shipper was is always on record - always.
