The dealer has the Jeep now, so we will see what comes of it. As much as I do hope it is just the key fob batteries, based on the issues I'm having it is highly unlikely IMO. I never checked the door connectors. I Didn't think about it before dropping it off, and did not have much time around my Jeep before I had to go drop it off. It would be quite interesting if that ends up being issue, just because I haven't had then disconnected for months now, and everything works, other than the buttons on my key fob. The Jeep recognizes when the doors are open and shut, and the windows operate properly.
They told me if they can re-pair the keys it'll be a quick fix. Like most dealers, I got limited updates, and it wasn't finished by the end of the day, so I have a feeling it's something more. I'll keep this post updated. Unless I'm just dumb (could be the case), I didn't see any other posts in the forum about the key fobs unpairing, but the Jeep still recognizes when the fob is inside.
