What I mean is have you fender chopped and then sliced them in half the other way? If so, where did you mount your blinker? I'm thinking to put it in the valley where the hood latch is.

I sourced these OEM high line fenders from FB marketplace and ebay totaling under $400, split them and then cut them and painted them. Very happy with the result.

Just curious…but…. What’s the point? I mean…..what’s the benefit of having a fender that’s only 2” wide versus no fenders at all?

I don’t think the valley you are talking about would give very much visibility to drivers viewing you at an angle from the side , couple thoughts but I have had no coffee yet , first scratch the lights you have and hold up the OEM lights vertically aside of grill sort of where the cutout is just below the fender , gives you your daytime running lights back and would be visible to someone coming from either side, or just get some vertical amber LED strip lights about three inches long and mount them there thin enough you could mount on the front edge of grill trim. Okay I can smell the coffee now , you obviously do you , your own way and seem to do nice work what about mounting your turns in the black trim area under headlights even get like 2” round flush mount. I still think the valley is not ideal. I like your winch mount also but would hate to follow you on a stone road😎….Jack

I’m sorry you used the word aerodynamics in describing a Jeep, any real Jeep has only one type of aerodynamics , that is how well your ball cap flies off with top or freedom panels off!….Jack

I never thought about the 2-3” strip. I genuinely posted because I’m unsure where to go from here, but I need a solution.

as for following me down a gravel road, I know they’re not much, but before I had the KBD aftermarket flares and the rear was pencil thin 🫣 this provides a teeny bit more coverage.

update: I found a four inch with adhesive and flexible, I can run it across the front and then the side as well. Thanks!
