Thanks for the comments, especially in regards to offset. I have a much better understanding now. I had decided on the gunmetal wheels, but Rock Trix are out of stock. I added my contact to the notification list so maybe it won’t take too long.

I had plans to level the Gladiator so I may move forward with the Clayton Offroad kit.

I ran RockTrix wheels on my JKU. Great quality wheel for an even better price. Really good customer support as well. Which ones are you waiting on?

17x8.5 with 5.2" back spacing Q tech retro wheels. Perfect "poke / stance for me". Not too much not too little.

This is on 35's. Will be moving up to 37's in the next couple of months

I haven't bought a set of wheels in 35 years - my then 1987 Ford Ranger. Aside form the the 44 offset, I'm pretty happy with the OEMs, but I saw the RockTrix RT105s a few days ago and now I want them, but I can't make up my mind if I want gun metal or matte black.

Regarding the offset, I am currently running 285/70/17s and do not intend on going to 35s. Any recommendations on going with 12 or -12?

Go with the gun metal. Black wheels with black tires is too much black, just my opinion.

Good choice! I grew up in the 80s. Whenever I see black wheels from a distance, I feel like it looks like they lost their hubcaps. Do any car companies still sell cars with hubcaps?

Agreed on the 5.2 back spacing or 25mm off set.

I finally decided on wheels. I went with 17x8.5 Icon Alloys Rebound Pros in bronze.

We picked up a new Accord Sport over the weekend. The dealer had several grey Accords with both black and grey wheels and I just didn't like the look.
