Hi jeepers me again, I have the eco diesel and I know there’s a problem with weight and the front being too soft. I still have warranty and need to see what if any jeep take into consideration… it bottoms out on the tiniest of bumps and leaves your back broken, jeep just tell me I need to lift it with new suspension… but after I gave them 70k of coarse.
can you please see my photo and see if this looks right, my front bump stops are practically touching at the front is this normal? Is there a way of knowing what the gap should be? Please help.

No, not normal. You should only hit your bump stops when hitting a big dip, or when flexing out while off-roading. Mine is gas, not diesel, but there is approx 5" between mine.

The long jounce tube's are necessary to clear the oil pan with the front diff. That small gap and subsequent poor ride are common in the diesels and the JLs with the xr package. Our 2022 JLUR had 2.5" of uptravel before the bumpstops touched, brand new. That's just how Jeep builds them. In reality to properly fit the diesel it needed a lift and the longer bump stops. Throw a 1.5" to 2" spacer on it and it will ride so much better. If your spacer kit comes with added bump stops, do not add them on the front. It's not a warranty issue as that is the design by Jeep however piss poor it might be.

That issue is covered under service bulletin 02-003-22 so it should be taken care of by the dealer. All 4 shocks and the front jounces will be replaced.

That only addressed Rubicons in the U.S. Anyone else goes in under this they will turn them away, even though it is pretty much the same fix.

Even though I got the dealer to work with me, we went through the STAR network to resolve everything. It still was not 100% to me and my service manager. I mounted up my metal bumper and winch and then did a 2.5" SkyJacker lift with components that matched what came in the MOPAR 2" lift. The lift was installed at the dealer and we took it for a ride and both agreed that the ride was much better.

@mont blanc glad , if you can get a lift over in France, I would say that is your best bet to improve your ride.

Because the diesel gladiators are front end heavy, and I'm old school with the 8274 winch,
I went with the sumo springs front and rear, love them.
