It’s in my way of changing my upper control arm bushing….. I tried gently twisting it and it does twist a little bit and I did not want to force it much more. Is it just pressed in or is it threaded in or ? Thank you for your help.

Yeah, you don't want to snap it off. I think it's pressed in or has some dang good sealant.
Is the upper control arm bushing bad? They are also a S.O.B. to remove, I've used a ball joint press to remove them in past. But the JT front bushings just about laugh at me when I was trying to remove one.
BTW I broke just that part, luckily the axle is scap otherwise.

Installing Terra flex long arm lift with the IR bushings (IR: internal rollers?) that will also go in those two locations on top of the front axle. My next step might be vice grips to see if I could pull it up while twisting it a little bit because I was able to move it 90° without too much effort…… still would like to know how it is on there.

I had a small sledgehammer trying to get it out without any luck, I was trying to remove it for a spare part down the road.
If you are not worried about it, you can drill out the rubber then cut it out the bushing sleeve with Sawzall or simular tool.

I remember those days many many years ago drilling out the bushings….

Another vote for a ball joint press but that will still probably fight you somewhat.

Tools are not the problem, I am using a ball joint press, but I’m trying to remove that little air breather tube…….. it’s in my way of the ball joint removal tooling.

Drive the bushing out with an air hammer. You might need a longer chisel for it.

i would just forcefully remove the breather using heat, drills and chisels and hammers, then just tap the hole with a ntp thread and use a brass barb fitting.

Down side you will have to pop the dif cover and use rags from the inside to stop debris from getting in there.

I make my own "custom presses" by taking scraps of pipe or anything that can form a ring of the size/diameter and depth I need, bolts, steel washers or plates and so on.
I bet I could make a combo of stuff that would sneak around that fitting....... but you have to be a hoarder with boxes and trays of scraps kept from the last 50 years of working on cars and trucks, maybe even a lathe, to cut things to the size you need.

I rented this…. None of the rings/tubes that it came with will work so I had a machine to aluminum pieces as you can see in the one picture for my application. You cannot get around that hose fitting unless you drilled out the rubber which I am not going to do. I will figure out a way to remove that hose fitting or get it out of my way one way or another..

Meh, bulky things just don't always get into places you need to git into.

I later cut down a scrap of pipe to replace the wood block.
I've used bearing races (inner and outer both), pieces of pipe, metal plates, and an assortment of hard bolts and nuts (using plenty of grease)

And later, after my former boss was forced to retire, I inherited the proper factory tools - neater, but do the same thing - remove and install control arm bushings. The Kent-Moore tool does include a bearing to make turning the nut a lot easier.

The tool is made so you can literally change the control arm bushings in the car without removing the control arm - compress and disconnect the spring, unbolt the control arm from the chassis, rotate it out and sit on a chair and replace the bushings, no need to knock loose the ball joint. (doesn't apply to Jeep, obviously - but to a Jeep family member)
