How it started. I have elderly folks in Az that I wanted to spend more time with. It's a 17 hour drive from my home in Texas. SWA is $250 round trip. Now I need transportation. Why not a Jeep! something I've always wanted with my dirt bike background, etc. (I did have a CJ5 for a while). Let December I'm looking for a used Jeep Gladiator as I had a pontoon boat to take the folks out on. Totally confused looking at used ones. Prices all over the place, So many different option packages. The more research I did the more confused I got. Jumped in my "borrowed" car and went to the dealer to talk to someone knowledgeable. Had one of the best car salesmen I ever met. He took the time to query me on my use model. I went in thinking the diesel was the best solution and I have a diesel P/U. I like diesels. He steered me towards a Mojave gas (greater towing) and they had a brand new 2022 in stock that was the same price or less then the used ones. He offered me a discount and I bought it on the spot. Never looked back and this thing makes me smile every time I look at it. The one option it didn't have was leather seats. I got to order custom leather seat covers thru their parts department that were a couple of hundred dollars less then the factory option. My first accessory was the running boards/rock guards. Enjoying the off-road trails around Phoenix/Mesa. Pics show it on the lot, my first high center on a rock, the seats. Looking forward to learning from this forum!

Thanks. My original intent was to go with the Quadratec white wagon wheels, I thought they better deliver on the "old school" look I was going for, but I just couldn't reconcile the white/ black combo. These give a real similar look, but "fit" much better with the paint. I'm happy with how it turned out.

Just out of curiosity, what snorkel are you running? That's the first halfway decent snorkel for a diesel that I've seen.
AEV. It sounds and looks great, and I'm sure it functions great, but I'm having issues with it so I can't in good faith recommend it until I get it sorted out with their engineers.

Just a few mods in between (some seen and some not) - 2.5” lift, 35” General Grabbers on 17” wheels, RC bumpers and cowl lights, Bak revolver tonneau and also Bedmat, side steps and upgraded LED lights front to back.
@XJamesX How do you like the BAK revolver? Do you recommend it?
