More than some, less than others, about right for my thinking.

Who gives a crap if it's more or less - is this a contest comparing your deal-making abilities?
If you bought it, then you must have been ok with the price. If you are not ok with the price - who is to blame?

If you find out someone paid less, will it piss you off?

This is the correct answer to the question.
How can this even be answered anyways. I looked at several TJs last weekend, some were equipped the same, some were equipped differently, some were white, some were optioned with a extra cost color. Some were 26s, while others were left over 25s. I can tell someone what I saved or did not save on the MSRP, but what I paid OTD is useless information. I got 25k for my 21 Willys with convenience package, towing, sprayed in bed liner, and hard top. I got 7k MSRP on the left over 2025 High Tide with Convenience package, tow package, hard top, LED lights, Hydro Blue pearl color and sprayed in bed liner. I kept my slush mats and tonneau cover, and Sunrider for hard top from the Willys for my New Truck.

How many negotiation passes to the sales manager did she have to make? If less than 6, you caved.

Joined the forums as I'm most likely pulling the trigger on a new Gladiator here in the next week or so. I'm down to two between two local Richmond, VA dealers. I think I'm getting some good deals, but wanted to sanity check...


Option 1: 2025 Gladiator Sport S in Granite Crystal

• Options: Sport S Premium package, LED lighting group, trailer tow, convenience group, max tow, technology group, active safety group, all weather slush mats, spray in bed liner.
• MSRP: $59,480.
• Discounts and rebates: $12,377.
• Net Selling price after discounts and rebates: $47,103.
• Fees + taxes = $2,932.
• OTD price = $50,035.

Option 2: 2026 Gladiator Sahara in Black

• Options: Sahara trim package, LED lighting group, trailer tow, technology group, active safety group, non-vented steel hood, hard tri-fold tonneau cover, all weather slush mats, Heavy–Duty Rock Slider with Step Assist, Alpine premium audio system.
• MSRP: $56,335.
• Discounts and rebates: $7,384.
• Net Selling price after discounts and rebates: $48,951.
• Fees + taxes = $3,049.
• OTD price = $52,000.

They're very comparably equipped; it seems the Sahara is essentially a Sport S Premium Package + Convenience Package. Looks/colors - I prefer the black, but gray is cool too.

I'm leaning towards the Sahara. The '26 Sahara is only $2k more, but it's 1 year newer - and would include the new quick release door pins!. I'd be giving up the '25 Sport S's Max Tow package and bed liner, but picking up the tonneau cover. I figure I can always get an aftermarket spray-in bed liner.

What says the crowd... 1) Are these good deals; think I could do better? 2). Sahara over the Sport S Premium?

If you plan on wheeling or towing go for the Sport S. You’ll be way happier with it. In my opinion.

With the discounts, 5,200 trade, extended warranty, cosmetic protection (carvana's highest warranty level), taxes fees, etc. I was at $54k on a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave X (that X is 10k option)

When I got mine, i could of got a rubicon X for the same deal. This was brand new through Carvana, which sells new Jeeps and dodge now.

I don't know the market in your area, but this was Houston, november of last year.

Yep, did the Carvana thing here in San Diego.No BS with big discounts.This was DEC of 2025.
