How much weight have you towed with your Diesel Gladiator?

The most I have towed with mine is around 5,500 lb, pulling a car hauler (with electric brakes) with a project Jeep or a tractor on it. That was with stock 31 inch tires. The power was good. I wasn't towing through the mountains or anything like that, so I can't comment on that piece. I did not have cooling issues. I only wished I had a weight distributing hitch and sway control, that was the only negative for me, those would have made it much easier to control.

Short answer. Tapped into the factory ports, bottom of oil filter housing. From there to an Amsoil bypass filter/housing to Derale cooler w/fan. Returned to oil pan.

why not try to rent something for the weekend that is close to what you want and see how it does before you put down a big pile of money.

Yea my suggestion would be the biggest enclosed UHAUL trailer with double axles. Then find heavy objects to add weight. Then see how it does as you drive to the nearest truck stop that has a Cat Scale.
