My understanding is the Pigeon Forge location was the biggest but they have opened one back in Texas that edges it out.I believe the one just completed in Tennessee is the largest one ever built. Of course they may be implying large by how many gas pumps, idk.
Of the three I hit, the Virginia and Brunswick GA locations had over 100 pumps and the stores were massive. Daytona was a little smaller but had a car wash that was easily a football field long. The whole concept is entirely absurd while being far nicer, cleaner and safer than a typical interstate highway service plaza.
In under 30 minutes I filled up the gas tank, emptied the internal tank, got a sammich, decent cup of coffee and a t-shirt and was back out on the road. I call that a win.
