Guys, guys, guys.....we all love Jeeps. But we also know they are WAY overpriced.
True that. The sticker on my lightly equipped 2023 Rubicon was only $1000 less than the sticker on my wifes 2023 Lexus GX460.

Not to be a negative nancy, but I think they can go lower. They just sold a Punkn Rubicon, MSRP of 63k advertised for 49k, and your MSRP was 58k.
Well, not to be a Skeptical Scott, but what did you pay for yours?

I am still in the works. If I can get a deal on a punk'n I will buy otherwise waiting on a 24 that I might not be able to get as a good deal on.

My point was that advertised price was a bigger discount and you night be able to go lower.
Okay, well something they may not have mentioned about that sale: they had a VERY severe hailstorm back in Feb/March time frame. Idk if that particular JT was affected but it was carnage out there. When I walked that lot looking at the damage, I almost cried.... they had $75K+ hemi-optioned custom Grand Cherokee Ls that had so much damage, some were marked below $60K (in July). Most vehicles were marked with an "A", some were marked with an "X" (I'll leave it to you to determine what X meant as I don't know either). One salesmen said they were getting fixed as they were being sold, others were not going to be fixed ?. Mine luckily was not affected, at least not with anything I could visibly see. I do think it had to do with which direction the storm blew in, as mine was parked on the backside of the building.

Also, the MSRP is actually wrong. I priced it out myself on the website with the same options, and it was over $62K. Not a huge difference, but it's obviously an error. I'm sure it has something to do with whichever desk jockey "peon" not knowing what they were doing.

Any one know if the Tread Lightly discount still helps on the 2023's in addition to the current discounts?

Jeeps have been overpriced for the last decade at least. Just because the manufacturer puts a MSRP on it doesn't mean it is 'worth' that price. They price it for what they think people will pay, period.
I name an MSRP (My Special Retail Price) of $75K on my 2021 Mojave, discount it 10% if any of you want to buy it.
Will anyone bite because I am listing it "under MSRP"?
They set the "MSRP" by guessing how much people will be willing to pay and how much ridiculous profit they want...not on actual cost or value. Jeep will be lowering prices soon because thousands are shifting their purchases to the other auto makers who have stepped up and are offering good quality 4x4's for a lower MSRP.
[OK I can say all of that because I HAVE my JT and plan to keep it! :) ]

This year might be even more discounty given they are over priced and not selling well.
All 60K and up cars are seeing slow sales

What do you mean? Did you not see the listing price of $57,990?

$48k is a steal!!!
Literally bought my sport with a couple extras around the same ball park…

Yup! Picked up my third Gladiator and Second Ecodiesel, but my first Rubicon for 21k off MSRP. Got the FarOut Edition MSRP 76k for a little under 54k.

Any update on your end on when pricing will be released for the 2024s or when production is supposed to start?
