Not so sure one isn't amongst us.............until I saw everyone bashing a mentally handicapped dude that absolutely loved Tacomas and would always post how he loved everyones truck.
Too bad some people just don't get that that sort of thing exists, and believe everyone is just like them or no one else counts if they aren't mentally perfect.
There's all sorts of spectrum disorders and other things out there.
I understand it, having grown up with and among it and worked at OWL - a head injury rehab facility, and VocRehab (IT in both but still, I saw a lot)
I say to folks -
If someone like that makes you uncomfortable, turn away (I feel sorry for YOU in that case, though) or ignore them, but cut the bashing crap out. Some absolutely can't help it and have zero control over those aspects of themselves.
Everyone starts at 0 - and must learn. And how do they do that? Yeah............
Oh, and the sad thing about fakebook "groups" - posts with hints, tips and tech info pretty much go away after a while. You can't go back in and find a post someone made a year ago about some technical thing. You have to ask again - and then people get pissed because folks keep asking!
