Still no call. Dealer placed order on the 4th and I have a Von. Called Chrysler today and they verified VON was good and in the system. Dealer checked and order has moved to BX status. Maybe I ‘ll Never get the call!!!!

I never got a call, but I got an email from my local dealer on 4/9 (I signed up on the Jeep website on 4/4 about noon). The dealer said that orders for LE Gladiators need to be in the system by 4/11, otherwise we are cut off. I did also sign up on the Jeep website waiting list on 4/6 after hearing that all the LE Gladiators were sold out. I guess I must have just made the cut.

I received a call last week saying they’re still working on making calls, but I’ve heard nothing else. My dealer said to keep waiting on the call. Anyone else still waiting on the concierge?

I called Chrysler and confirmed my VON. I then talked to the dealer and he confirmed the order was in BX status. The dealer is very frustrated as he has 3 orders in and no Concierge calls. So it seems I have a confirmed order. I guess I’ll know for sure if I get a VIN in the next two weeks!

I can’t wait to see how they handle the contest for the $100k

On 4x4 day I received my phone call from the concierge at 12:30pm to confirm my preorder. They did a soft handoff with my dealer and I’ve made the deposit. Order status is BX, once I get a vin I will post an updated. I submitted my preorder at 12:01am on the dot April 4th. Considering I got my call so quick I’m hoping I got a low production number. Now the waiting game. I did bright white! Super stoked and my dealer thinks I’m the only person in my area of Western New York to order one, anyone else in my area?

Finally received the call at 10:30 this morning. They confirmed color and VON and said I was good to go.

They will also confirm the dealer, as it seems the FCA tries to pair you with the dealer closest to your location.

I got a call from the Concierge today confirming the dealership that I ordered from was the dealership I wanted to use. I'm just happy that she gave me confirmation that I will be getting a LE.

I just received a call today from Concierge confirming my order with the dealer I preferred. She confirmed the color and email and said that everything was good to go and that she just needed to confirm the dealer I ordered through as it was different than the lead they sent out locally (I assume).

Good to see this still happening and FCA working through the orders! Hopefully they will start moving the first ones back to BX and start issuing VIN#’s!

Just got a call confirming my order and my dealer of choice . Her exact words were I’m getting one and that they are confirming all customer orders with customers. Dealers were not allowed to order for inventory.

So it sounds like many people are getting a 2nd concierge call after placing their order with their dealer? I got the initial call the day after signing up online and was then contacted by my dealer a full week later. Placed my deposit with them last Fri the 12th for a Billet LE and it is still not in the system accd. to FCA chat and no second call from concierge..

Honestly if I were to be told that it didn't go through I'd be ok with it at this point. I'd just order nearly the exact thing but would order from one of the dealers already offering discounts of 5+% under invoice vs the 65k out the door the LE will be. I'm seeing zero value in the LE edition at full MSRP vs any other fully loaded Rubicon JT..
