Those are the JKU MOPAR hi-line flares. Yes, I know this is a JT forum and it’s a JKU but the colors are similar.
Doesn’t bother me any…. It’s still a Jeep! That’s why I asked! :)

I haven’t seen these for sale in years!! They are hard to find second hand too. Look great- and super function.
