You all have eyes, but cannot see. Ears but cannot hear. There is no medicine for you.
I can't see the work you're not showing.

You aren't explaining how you are getting your results, so not hearing that either.

What calculator are you using and what are you inputting for data?

50 rpm difference on tire variance is realistic not 200 which is showing up, yes everything programmed for tire size. 4 vehicles same setups variances all over the place, so real world is not related to the tables at all and none of this was ever about calculators, the purpose of this thread was to see the variances for myself, calculators are fine for a snapshot but they aren't correlating with real world on multiple vehicles.

You don't know how accurate the speedometers are on these vehicles though.....

A slight calibration difference by the user can result in exactly what you see here. And is also the reason nothing is ever 100% accurate when calibrating our trucks for things like this. Most people get 'close enough' but rarely if ever get to pinpoint accuracy.

Don't believe me? Go look at all the threads where people have to slowly make more adjustments to their calibrations to get their speedometers correct after changes.

You're assuming a lot, and discounting a lot, all in the name of wanting to believe that the actual math isn't right.

Take the average of the four vehicles. If that doesn't sass by you then I don't know if you will be.
That is exactly what I did to get real world rpm.

I am reminded of a famous quote by George Washington, or maybe it was Gandhi. It says, "There are lies, damned lies and gear ratio calculators".

How close is your speedometer to your gps and what 37s are on your Jeep?

this is probably my best data point against predicting my rpm when I move up to 4.88 & 42.
Hankook dynapro xt tires. New it measured 36.75", but i did set them a little smaller to compensate for tire wears as i don't wanted to rack up unnecessary mileage. And, i calibrated them at 65-80 mph. With over 20k miles on the tires, it's now dead on compared with gps.

Next time i will have my wife notes down some reading between 60-85 mph for reference. Will try to note it down after a few seconds at each speeds. Sometimes it's hard to do that as traffic in the bay area is crazy.

No worries. Gears went in yesterday, I am doing heat cycles today and tomorrow then will have a chance to get my rpms figured out. Im at 36.7" on Mickey T's Baja Boss AT's. Tire and gear programming went lickety split with the AEV ProCal Snap, so much easier than my taser and Speedometer verified with GPS speedo app everything is spot on.

As a side note. My gladiator is turning heads now with lift and wheels/tires goin on.
