That's weird. I got the Mopar lift back in November 2019 for around $1300 and never had an issue. Had it on and beat the crap out of it until December 2023 when I went to a higher lift. No bow in the springs, truck sat level, and only had it aligned twice.

I would recheck the instructions. Maybe something has changed in the springs, spring pads, or the way they mount. Parts manufacturers constantly change their design.

Also, did you torque the bults and nuts while it was on the ground?

I do have the passenger side spring spacer from AEV for the gas engine. It’s about 1/4 inch thick.

I have the same thing, and was kinda pissed. Reading various comments of spring specific locations. What?? Mine is the diesel Willys, when i installed it i was like front springs, rear springs, throw em in. Well...go back and check, and sure as shit the fronts have specific numbers, rears are the same numbers. Look on the truck, and yep i got em reversed...?...so when i get a few hours i will swap em back. No drivability issues, just height differences

I do not see it mentioned, but do you have a gas or diesel Gladiator?

There is two different 2" kits depending on which one you have. The instruction sheet will be for both models but they will call out the even ending spring part numbers to go on the left side for the gas and right side for the diesel. Same with the rear spring part numbers. If this get mixed up, you may have a higher spring on one side that it was not intended for.

Yep, part numbers ending with even numbers get installed on left (driver) side and odd number on right for gas truck. I did that and made sure the front spring perches were correct as well. I did not have front spring bow, but my truck did lean right about 3/4" on my Rubicon. Strange how people get different results using the same lift. For reference by lift was part #77072468AC purchased 3-15-21.

So update.
I put it back on the left to check the top and bottom spring perches and spring seating. Also checked part numbers and such. Everything is installed as is should be. I also installed an RSO adjustable front track bar. The front track was off about 3/4 inch off. I got it centered on the alignment rack and checked everything again. Hopefully, just a settling issue. Thrust angle and toe is all perfect. Jeep drives straight and doesnt pull. I guess I really shouldn't worry about it, since it drives well. Mostly the fact that I know it's there. You can't physically see a lean in the stance or anyting.

So I have a gas JTR with the Mopar lift with Bilstein shocks part # 77072468AF and I have odd numbers ending in 07aa, 09aa (orange labels) installed on the driver (left) side. Does this mean the dealership flip flopped which side they go on, or did Mopar change the numbers/labels with the new kit? The passenger (right) side of my Jeep sits 1/2" lower than the driver side.

It would appear those springs were installed on the wrong side and should have been installed on the passenger right side.
