So I am looking for some sort of interior roof storage solution. Something that can sit under the Freedom Panels and ideally be removable for when I have the panels off.

I have found various metal mole panel bars online like the one below:

But I wanted to crowdsource and see what other options may be out there. Don’t have some kind of under-roof storage that isn’t a metal mole frame? Something you can take on and off? If you do I’d love to hear about it please.

I have the exact one you posted in mine. Insufficient clearance where it mounts to the windshield frame and it continually rubs the freedom tops, and you can't put any weigh on it (like a small radio) or it continually bounces. I'd find something a bit less China.

Thank you for the excellent feedback. I wondered about clearance and flex as it seems to come very close to the Freedom Panels in the pictures. Good information to know for sure.

I have this same cargo net over the back seat... I call it the attic.
I have this above the rear seats. I use it for blanket and pillow storage.

Day to day, I keep a sleeping bag-size stuffsack on each side (one for me, one for the wife), with a raincoat, down puffer, hat, and gloves for each of us. There's enough room between for another stuffsack, but I use a bungee and biner to keep it tucked up out of the way most of the time. I throw my jacket up there if I take it off midway through a trip, and my scraper lives up there in the winter.

Note: This net does not work with rear seat passengers! Even kids will have to hunch down under it. Lots of storage space, not great head space. It gives my (tall, 108 lb) dog room to stand underneath it comfortably when my goose gear platform is in place, just not humans. You can kinda see it over my goofball dog's head here:

Two Velcro straps on each side to install or remove, couldn't be easier.

Thank you for the feedback. I do like the sound of that and Velcro really is easy to remove. Sounds like decent storage space too. I’m not too bothered about passengers so that’s a plus as well.

I have one similar to the pictured one. I hung a 2 way under it, a aux speaker above it, a strong magnetic phone holder, a Magellan TRX 7 hangs from a RAM mount, another RAM mount supports a mini Ipad for videoing, and an aux charger port. No rattles. I have a cap on the truck bed, so the rear view mirror is useless anyway, but still have good visibility out the front. When I pivot the mini Ipad down for a video it does block the view a bit.
