Is every passenger side Gladiator seat belt buckle like this?

Random question, but is every passenger side Jeep Gladiator seat belt buckle like this? I notice the driver side has a cover, but not passenger. Just didn’t know if they missed it when assembling. Passenger Top, Driver Bottom.

I had to run out and get some firewood so I took a look at mine. Consider yourself lucky. Neither of mine have a cover. Same as the rear.

My 2021 is like yours: a full cover on the driver's side, a small sleeve on the passenger side. I noticed the there's a small wire running up under the sleeve to the buckle on the passenger side. I'm postulating that the driver's side has more wires, thus the full cover.
