11,000 miles on my Sport Max, level, 35's, and added weight in the front. 55-63 hum/vibration that can't/won't be figured out. But, damn I LOVE my JT. No other problems, drives straight, good enough power, and it sure turns heads. Many people drive up beside me (annoying) just to honk and give thumbs up.

Want to hear about issue free JT folks so far. Post up and include mileage.
Had mine since 5/20/19 and just rolled 20K miles. Haven't had a single issue so far. Knocking on leather now.

My Rubicon has 3700 miles with no issues (Thought I had a couple such as headliner not attached properly only to find out it is as the factory intended) I can see how just reading a complaint can lead to your imagination seeing or hearing something that is not a real problem. Somewhat like the over reaction and panic over staples in our stores that is going on now, yes there will be a percentage of vehicles with real problems coming from any vehicle manufacturer no mater how high or low end the vehicle is. The number is always going to be controlled by quality checks of the parts being supplied by outside venders and of the final product before it is shipped from the factory.

Oh, sorry, I missed your "HUH??"

This thread was started on a forum where there are several other threads, some with dozens of pages, where people are having legitimate issues like steering and engine misfires. While a forum represents only a fraction of owners, it does tend to attract those who have issues looking for solutions. That means that we have a bias towards more people having issues than truly represented in the population of JT owners, so starting a thread asking who doesn't have issues could be perceived as rubbing salt in the wound. It could also be perceived by people just joining that there is a real issue and they should stay away. Neither is true. Do your research and make an informed decision.

Just for the record, I am closing on 4000 trouble free miles.

There was that pesky issue about not liking the engine and tranny, so I replaced them, but that was my problem.

About 5500 miles on my stock Rubicon with no issues so far
I’m averaging about 18 - 18.5 mpg.
On a recent road trip I averaged almost 20!

Or could just be someone wondering if there are trouble free JTs as well. Doesn't seem like rubbing salt in the wound to me. This is a forum isn't it where you can ask questions or post what you want as long as it's with taste. Seems pretty legit to me. Not saying some aren't having issues but I would think that the percentage not having issues is far greater than those that are. No different than all the crazy different gas mileage threads being started.

5000 plus miles and zero issues from day one which mightily pisses off at least two people here.

Pushing 15K miles with no issues that required me to take it in for warranty work. A few niggly fitment issues on the Freedom panels but that took all of 5 minutes to readjust.

My truck has been issue-free, but the stealership has been another story... They're a damn joke. Wouldn't wish that sort of BS on my worst enemy. I will keep names out of it, but here was my first Jeep buying experience in a nutshell...Which the saga continues (you'll find that out in the story)...

Made me sit there for 8-9 hours... Then I finally got home at 11:30pm that night. Next day, looking through my paperwork, because I was exhausted by the time I left there, found they had charged me a bunch of damn ridiculous fees hidden in the paperwork. Then they screwed up the paperwork the night I was there, and almost made me still owe $500 on the vehicle I traded in to them (think the sales manager was trying to pull one over on me ). Found that one and had it corrected the hight I was in the dealership. They didn't cut me a check for the difference in payoff that night, it's going to be mailed once the paperwork has hit the bank and FINALLY been processed (which has now been prolonged thanks to this bullshit ZIKA, H1N1, Ebola, CoronaVirus scare)... And they still haven't processed my paperwork, and sent it back to me, or my local courthouse, so I can get a tag... Because they forgot to give me a temporary tag when I left the dealership that night. So, I called to get one last Wed, and they said they would overnight me one...Never did. Called today 10 times to speak to a REAL person, finally got a real person and not their answering machine, after demanding they let me speak to a human being RIGHT NOW! Got them to print one on the phone with me, and then hand it in an envelope to the half-witted salesman who sold me the vehicle, to mail it off this evening...Not holding my breath that he can even complete this simple task... And to top it all off, they still haven't sent my payoff to Ford to payoff my car I traded in... But I have now made Ford Motor Credit aware of this situation, so the dealer is now on the hook for the remainder of the payoff balance...If they put it off and put it off by the time the next payment is due. ;)

I will never set foot in that dealership again, unless I have to go get my check myself in person...And they don't want me to have to do that, because I will break my foot off in someone's ass if I have to drive to GA just to get my money... :punch:

If someone wants to PM me, I will discuss who, but I won't on the open forum out of professionalism...Even though they really deserve to be on blast for that crap they've pulled thus-far.

7600 miles. Not sure how "Issues" might be defined. I do have the manual transmission, so there is the upcoming recall. Other than that, it's a Jeep and does funny Jeep things. My JK has 276,000 miles and has had at least a dozen "issues" that essentially fixed themselves. Like the engine used to stop running, the wipers would wipe, the horn would honk and I would be rolling to a stop because the engine wasn't turning. But after doing that for about five or six years, haven't had an incident in the past 100,000 miles. So, it fixed itself. Then there was the stereo that stopped working for six months, then started again. That was about seven years ago, and not a problem since. That's just several of many examples.

The JT has had similar "issues". For example, the right mirror blind spot indicator stopped working for a few days. I even got a report about that from uConnect. But, it fixed itself and seems to be working great. And sometimes when I start the Jeep, the volume of the radio isn't as full as it should be. I turn it off then on, and it pops into full sound. But only does that sometimes. And then one day I was driving along a road with a 45 MPH speed limit and the speedometer said I was doing 55. I scrolled through to the speedo on the central part of the display, and it said I was doing 45 (after a half century of driving, I have a pretty good sense for speed without looking at the gauge). Two gauges, two different readings. I noticed when I stopped at the bank, that the main speedometer was setting at ten when I turned off the Jeep. Drove to my next destination and the difference was only five MPH. Then, after that stop, both speedometers read the same. And haven't had a problem since. That was probably 5000 miles ago. Maybe I beat it into submission with some of my off-highway adventures. I'm pretty sure that's what happened to my JK. ;-)
