So the kids get the nicer car?Am I the only guy here whose wife couldn't give two shits about what she drives? My wife drives a 2015 Hyundai Equus (now called Genesis G90). Just turned over 100k miles, and all it's needed was AC compressor under warranty and tires. The 5.0 liter V8 just goes, and the thing is tomb quiet. I'm just glad that she was always more worried about what our kids drive than what she drove. I guess I'm lucky like that.
Well, they are both married and live in their own houses, buy their own cars, and pay their own insurance now. They're 32 and 33. One is a doctor, married to a doctor, and the other is a typical millennial with a college degree and no full time job. My wife likes to brag that her car has been paid off for 5 years. (And that her baby boy is an MD)So the kids get the nicer car?
I wouldn’t worry about the B58. They’re amazing engines. They can reliably handle a ton of power so that detuned engine should last a long time.Agreed. A 4 liter NA v8 would be amazing. My only thinking is the b58 was approved by Toyota for the Supra and to an outside manufacturer, that used to a golden stamp.
she’s not gonna wheel, so no problem there. As for another jeep, or gladiator, she’s been there and done that. We have my gladiator and that’s enough jeep for her. The unfortunate aspect is that her exposure to range/land rover is they’re in the shop more than not. As for the G, we see those almost daily in Atlanta.. the ineos is a bit more… special, she wants something unique
There is a 25% "Chicken Tax" added on for the pickup version.Sorry I see it can be ordered now. 14 mpg. Makes me feel good about the Mojave.
I do like some of the config options but 93k needs to be about 70k to make sense to me given a mojave x can be had for low 50s
That sucks. You are not the first person I have heard of that has had similar issues of modern SUV/TRUCKS that have grown in size beyond once "standard" size garages.Welllll as some things do, it came crashing down. Won’t fit in our garage as it’s too tall, and we are not outside car people… it was a fun try though, great car for our test drive, would recommend anyone give it a try
Ours is taller than my JTM with 35s and the GFC.That sucks. You are not the first person I have heard of that has had similar issues of modern SUV/TRUCKS that have grown in size beyond once "standard" size garages.
