Big deal, a snorkel. I can add one to my 1994 Toyota for a couple hundred bucks.

Its a lot more then that. The ZR2 already has the Multimatic suspension on it, so on top of that it has a lift to clear 35s. Front winch bumper, and rear bumper built by AEV, wider fender flares, snorkel, and a few other things. You can check out the concept here:Big deal, a snorkel. But it still has that bowtie on it...Its a lot more then that. The ZR2 already has the Multimatic suspension on it, so on top of that it has a lift to clear 35s. Ford = Chevy = FCA = all the same in my book. None of them are Toyota/Honda ..... but at the end of the day you have a choice Interesting/Fun or High Build Quality you don't get both. Toyota and Honda make cars that are as interesting to drive as riding a bus.But it still has that bowtie on it...
Dont forget you can get a RAM for about $10K off MSRPI just built a RAM Lonhorn with some mild improvements including the diesel option and it came out to be $51K.
I'd much rather have a Jeep for a little bit less ($47,632) thank you very much.
New Rams are very very nice, but they just seem super huge. and what do they do besides tow and haul shit? 4 billion pick-me-ups on the roads and for the most part they look alike.Dont forget you can get a RAM for about $10K off MSRP
I built two different 2019 1500s and one came out to $52,750 (rebel) and the other $56,840 (Laramie) (see Build Sheets Attached), one you take off $10K in incentives (which will happen by this year next time if not sooner) that nets out to $42,750 and $46,840 .... which will be about $8k-$4k less then a diesel JT Rubicon @ 5% below invoice (of course thats and estimate based on JL pricing of a loaded Rubicon @$ 57K)
AEV has already stated that they will continue the Recruit line of parts for the new 1500, so I'm excited to see what they come up with.New Rams are very very nice, but they just seem super huge. and what do they do besides tow and haul shit? 4 billion pick-me-ups on the roads and for the most part they look alike.
Welp, so much for the Bison...Its a lot more then that. The ZR2 already has the Multimatic suspension on it, so on top of that it has a lift to clear 35s. Front winch bumper, and rear bumper built by AEV, wider fender flares, snorkel, and a few other things. You can check out the concept here:

Saw something similar at Expo West and actually sat and talked with Dave Harriton for quite some time about Tacoma products and future AEV goodies. I even put in my request for him to bring back the Bridger wheels and he said he wants to as they were one of his favorites as well. The ZR2 is cool in person but the JT will be infinitely cooler! Can't wait to see what the aftermarket does with them.Welp, so much for the Bison...
