The correct zip file should contain the Owner's Manual PLUS a host of other PDF's.
It's about 356 MB in size.

Yep, for whatever reason it comes with only the 2023 model year Owner's Manual.
I'd hazard to say whomever purchased and made this available on the web, had a 2023 model.
Most of the info should be applicable to all model years or at least give you an idea of how to start troubleshooting the problem.

Thats what I got. I didn't realize it was an oem manual, I thought it was something like a Hanes or Chilton. The attachments will definitely come in handy.

Most of the info should be applicable to all model years or at least give you an idea of how to start troubleshooting the problem.

There will be differences - for example, mid-model year 2021 they moved TPMS functionality. There have been other changes to specs and how things are done, but most of it shouldn't be of great concern.
The bulk of the diagnostics and such should be fine.
