"JEEP" tailgate badge mods?

I de badged the tailgate today. I used a few fasteners I had laying around from my 4Runner I parted with for my gladiator. I had to trim two of the wings off the one to get it to fit in the hole left by the Jeep logo. The passenger hole is a oval and the fastener fit perfect but the driver hole was round and needed some persuasion.

Ughhh...you can’t de-badge the tailgate without leaving open holes???

WTH they put decals on the sides...why not the tailgate too?

I just found out there are holes. I am hoping someone comes out with some way to allow us to remove the huge Jeep logo and replace it with something much cooler.

I think Jeep added the holes in purpose to prevent people from removing the badges.

Try this... I made it a few years ago for my JKU brake light, gonna try to come up with/ find Gladiator graphics

I ordered this Gladiator decal in black from Pixie a couple of weeks ago and still haven't seen it yet. I guess I need to check in with Don too! I think the Gladiator will look great in the same font as the rocker panel decal.

Did they ever arrive?

Here’s one Don came up with for mine....

I've been adding little things throughout. The hood decal was a necessity IMO. This is on my Overland, but I really thought Gladiator looked cooler than Overland. I've had a lot of comments on this one too! A few other accents around the truck made it all come together.

I customized my tailgate and hood this weekend thanks to @pixeldecals

Has anybody made the Wayout black stripe across the whole tailgate and past the tail-lights? Can @pixeldecals do that?

+1, I'd like the whole treatment - rockers, hood and tailgate.

Daaammmit!!! I wish I seen this earlier because I put mine on the left side - how did you remove the sport decal what is the easiest cleanest way without scratching anything - is it easy to peel off
