I can take pictures of the take off tires, but I'm sure that still won't satisfy you.
It's a meme, do not take it to seriously.

Larry Miller has a drive though oil & rotation service, no appointment needed. I haven’t used their service since I had a more serious issue with a bad Universal Joint bearing that fell out & I couldn’t get an appointment at LM for over a month, since it was a safety issue I had to find another dealership to do the work in a timely fashion. Araphahoe Jeep did ask if I wanted the oil change & tire rotation & I took them up on the oil change but didn’t do the tire rotation since my 37’s were new. They had to replace my right axel under warranty & seemed to do a good job, no issues with it so far. This dealership service department is horrible about answering their phone. Had to get Jeep wave customer service involved to get ahold of anyone.

I brought mine to the dealer the first 2 times for oil change and titre rotation. The first time they said "we did not do the tire rotation because it did not need it."
Skeptical, but just took the vehicle since it had already been 90 minutes. The second time, they estimated 1 hour and it took 2 hours. And they did not resent the "Needs Oil Change" message.
So like other posters said, from now on I am going to eat the cost and go to the Valvoline drive through. $60 is not worth an hour of my time.
But next time I buy a Jeep, (this is my 4th new one), when the salesperson tries to pitch "Jeep Wave" as a selling feature, I will advise them to not bother, since it really has no value.
There is no incentive for them to do any better now, since they have more service work than their techs can handle, and no new cars to sell anyway.
In fact, when I was there a few months ago a sales guy asked me about the used Ford Excursion I bought from him a few months prior. I told him I wanted to get figures for trading it for a Grand Wagoneer. They had one in stock. Never heard back.

Had mine done at Kelly in Lynnfield MA last week with rotation. No charge. BUT, I have a Willys with stock tires. I haven't read the fine print... do the tires have to be stock? Obviously 37s aren't.

I do not think tire size is stated in the fine print, but it will depend on the dealership you are dealing with.

I have one dealer that will do any rotation up to 35" tires before balking of an extra charge and another I have dealt with will only do rotations for what came stock from the factory.

How was the experience? I had some service done there in my JKU and I was not pleased.

Make sure they balance!!!

I got a Toyota Tacoma years ago, and Toyota has the first couple of years of free oil and tire rotations. I took it in the first time, and got it back. I drove it home, and eventually took it on the interstate. Once I hit over 50 MPH it would start shuddering lightly, at 70 MPH it was awful. I actually took it to a Discount Tire, and had them look at it, and was going to go to the dealer next to have the alignment checked out. Discount tire asked me about it, and didn't even have to look at it before telling me "Oh yeah, that Toyota dealership doesn't balance unless the customer asks for it."

These dealerships hate the freebies because I assume they get paid less than if someone goes in for the services and pays on their own. Make sure to stay on top of everything. Check your tires, check your oil level.
Hold up, why would you need or expect a rebalancing for a tire rotation? They aren't taking the tires off each wheel, the wheel and tire stays together. And it's the wheel & tire combo that gets balanced.

I bet mine would do anything 35 or 37 - seriously, stock Rubicon JT M/T tires - weigh more than I can lift (or should lift) so what's 20 more pounds??
Even stock Jeep tires are not light.
Many here have had no problems getting 35s and 37s rotated.

I rotated my own tires this weekend. It’s 5, 37 KM3s on beadlocks. I have to remove the center cap of the wheel for the spare, deflate the new spare, inflate what was the spare, get on my back and manhandle the spare into place. I check the beadlock torques and I really don’t trust anyone else to do that. I do this every 3k miles so the tires don’t sing horribly which is far more than the number of Jeep wave freebies. I’m not asking the dealership to do all of that nonsense.

But I’ll happily take my free diesel oil change and I ask them to do other stuff I don’t want to do like check the body bolts that I think are squeaking (better to break there than in my driveway) or drain the fuel/water filter.

It was just routine oil change and tire rotation. No issues, but they were backed up, so it took about 1.5 hours.

Depending on the shop you go to, the tire rotation service might cost you from $20 to $50, or even more than $100. If you want a cheap tire rotation, go to Valvoline. Many customers say that Valvoline offers a good tire rotation service because the cost of tire rotation at Valvoline should be worth it since their price is very reasonable, somewhere between $20 and $30.

It's free of you buy tires from Discount or if they mount your tires. That's why I always use Discount. Plus my dealership has a oil change package for $300 you can buy that get you 6 oil changes and 6 tire rotations. I'll probably buy that package again once I use up my last oil change next time my oil gets changed. I'll be at close to 90,000 miles and I haven't had to worry about paying for oil changes or tire rotations.
