KC Hilites G4 LED fog lights swap from factory halogens

Good day jeepers!
Officially my first post on the forum just looking to get some advice on swapping fog lights!
I have a 23 Gladiator Mojave with factory halogen lighting. From my understanding whenever swapping Halogens to LED there is some programming involved. Does this apply to the fog lights as well? Has anyone does this swap? Big fan of the KC lights just want to be aware of the headaches I may run into. Any info helps! Pictures attached to show what I’m thinking of and to show off the new toy

Pretty sure those should be plug and play. Fogs are just purely sending power to the light so nothing too involved there. If moving from halogen check your fuse sizes on both fogs. There are 2 of them that control fog lights left and right. Going LED your draw should decrease but confirm through the spec sheet. Turns and anything multifunction is where you’ll run into issues going to an LED type light from a halogen.

Congrats on your first post! In most cases, fog lights don't require programming when converting from OE halogen. The programming that's often discussed is typically for the OE LED, since CANBUS compatibility can be picky (especially in Stellantis/Mopars....). Fog lights are generally much more straightforward.

The biggest thing we'd recommend is verifying that whichever fog lights you choose are designed to work with your factory connectors and mounting locations. That'll make for a much smoother install.
