Ressurecting this thread again as I am going through my build thought process. I think I have narrowed it down to one of the following.

PullKitchen
Overland Kitchen EXL Truck & Van Kitchen System — Overland Kitchen - The Adventurous Kitchen

I'm going to be ordering my Tune Outdoors camper in the near future and having a full kitchen is really important to me as I had a very functional DIY kitchen in my previous build (Wrangler).
Great choice on the Tune Outdoor camper. I've been looking at that one as well. It provides more space than any of the others. The problem with these pullout kitchen is you loose access to your kitchen while in the camper. I'd want to have use of the kitchen in the camper in case of inclement weather.

There's always a trade-off, and I've thought this one through and this is where I have a landed.

- I am going to be installin my 270 degree Quick Pitch awning, on the driver-side. This deploys in 20 secs, and is great for getting quick outdoor shelter in bad weather. I also have the side wall kit which can be attached to increase my living space.
- I don't really want to cook inside my camper due to mess, condensation, and smell. I'm perfectly happy cooking outside as long as I can get shelter from the rain/wind.
-By choosing a camper that has the full tailgate, you have the option to have a full slide-out kitchen. For example, and AluCab canopy camper limits what can slide-out due to the door.

I bet you I have drawn up 20 different designs for a slide out kitchen and I still haven't been able to settle on anything.

I really only have four requirements;
- I want the stove to be mounted
- I want all kitchen related items to be stored in the slide out
- Maximize flat space
- Everything needs to stay low enough that the Mrs can reach it without needing a step stool.

My biggest hurdles are stove length and height. Our stove needs at least 35" of room when hooked up to a tank, which really cuts into storage space for everything else when you only have realistically 56" of overall length, so I think I'll need to look at a different stove thats not so long.
Yeah that stove is really putting the limits on your options. Take a look at Cook Partner stoves. All aluminum and excellent quality.

I've been running the pull out kitchen and awning for a couple of years now. It works pretty well for the most part. The awning wall is not quick to put up. I don't actually use it much. It's not good for very windy condition. I've had the awning out in 15+ mph wind, legs out and tied down. Would still prefer to be inside. I wouldn't want to cook in the camper all the time. Just when conditions are poor.
