I traded my C7 Vette on the Jeep. Between short season, bad roads, etc the Vette ended up being a garage queen. The Jeep is a blast in all weather! That being said, we have a couple other options in the garage:

A 2015 RX350 that has been trouble free for 100K miles, but does have a scratch or two. I deem this "valet-worthy" should the need arrise. My wife deemed it her"mom-mobile."

And, for day trips and cross country drives, we have a van. Makes LONG drives much more tolerable. Passenger can get up, stretch legs, lay down for a bit without stopping.

Nice van!!! I have the basic bish version of that. It may have been out to the desert with a cot in the back once or thrice.

Wife owns a Mazda CX-70 Turbo S Premium. This is their largest Crossover CX-90 with no third row seat which we don't need. This vehicle is AMAZING!!!!! The few years I took off rom owning a Jeep I owned 2 Mazda 6 cars which unfortunately they don't make anymore. First a "Preferred" and then I upgraded to their "Premium" edition with twin turbos. Between the wife and I we have owned 5 Mazdas and if I decided to give up on Jeeps (highly unlikely) that would be the ONLY other vehicle I'd consider.

Their technology packages are fantastic, they are ultra-reliable, the ride and comfort are amazing and my wife's CX feels less like a Cross-Over than a sports car, even though it has an off-road setting for the AWD which my wife announced "will NEVER be used". Accelerating from 50-100 on an open highway is just a thought process.

When you start playing with the Turbo in-line 6 and the paddle shifters this thing will EAT the highways and mountain roads around here. I often surprise myself at how fast I'm going on exits from the highway feeling perfectly safe. It's glued to the road.

HIGHLY recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for something in it's class.

67 Kaiser Jeep M715. It has rowdy 475hp 5.3 aluminum Vortec, SM465 4-speed, and passenger drop divorced NP205. It has a Dana 60 kingpin up front and 14-bolt with Detroit Locker in the rear, 4-wheel disc electric brakes, electric power steering, CAN bus wiring harness, 12K winch, and Restomod Air. The truck will amplify every bump 5X, but it is a blast to drive.

MOTHER OF PEARL!!! So you have a Gladiator, and Grandpa Gladiator. I was always a big fan of the 715. Outstanding!!!!!!!
